• Oversee employee relations conflict resolution and grievance procedures ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs in compliance with labor laws and manufacturing safety regulations.
• Administer compensation benefits and payroll processes including managing collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Lead performance management initiatives training and development programs focused on manufacturing skills and leadership.
• Ensure a safe working environment by collaborating on safety initiatives incident investigation and workers' compensation claims.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet evolving production demands and organizational growth.
