You will be trained by "Thought Leaders" within our firm on our industry and its complexities. You will have the opportunity to learn how to prospect, source, and recruit candidates for our clients. You will be mentored by a Senior Partner(s) in our firm as you are exposed to every aspect of the executive search business.

Given a clear career path with only "hard work" and "desire" standing in your way! Emerald also will expose you to over 200 hours of ongoing sales and recruiting training that is customized to each Associate!

Required Experience

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong desire to enter the field of Sales and / or Business Development
• Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organization skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with occasional supervision
• Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
• computer skills (MS Office)
