Shifts : 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM | 8 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 AM

Job Type : Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Pay : $40.00 / hr (commensurate with experience)

At Isoke Developmental Services LLC, we provide more than skilled nursing care-we deliver dignity, structure, and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) experienced in behavioral health and enhanced care who can support complex needs in a 1 : 1 care setting through in-home and community supports.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, possess strong behavioral insight, and provide skilled services such as G-Tube feeding, trach and vent, medication administration, and emergency response in community-based home settings.
