Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the product is moved from the truck / railcar to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.
  • Maintain a zero-damage roll room at all times.
  • Pick and stage run-ready rolls for orders and load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Successful candidate must be willing to work any shift.
  • Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner.
  • Ability to safely operate a propane powered forklift, maintain and perform daily safety inspections in regard to the clamp truck, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform lockout / tag-out procedures on trailers.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
