What You'll Do

Back-of-House Leadership

• Train, coach, and set your team up for success
• Create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly
• Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation —because great food starts with great standards
• Jump in when needed—whether it's grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving

Business & Operations

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment

2+ years leadership experience —you know how to run a team

Cool under pressure —you thrive in a high-energy setting

Strong communication & organizational skills —you keep things on track

ServeSafe Certified (or ability to obtain)

Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
