Are you passionate about working outdoors? Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators ! In this role, you’ll contribute to maintaining attractive, clean, and well-kept landscapes. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, pruning, fertilizing shrubs, trees, bushes, and flowers. If you enjoy physical labor and working in various weather conditions, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do :

• Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round.
• Maintain grounds, including the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean environment.
• Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to high safety, security, and integrity standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and local, federal, and state regulations.
• Travel may be required to perform job duties.

Have experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail.

Understand the importance of customer service and communicate clearly and respectfully.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Be at least 21 years of age (Required for DOT operator - DS)

Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.

Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work.

Must be able to pass all contingencies - Medical Exam, Drug Screen, MVR, and BG Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and / or endorsements for operating State if required

Landscaping - mowing, trimming, and pruning year - round exp
