About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Pension Operations and Delivery to join their large, in-house Pension and 401(k) Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing retirement benefits administration, with a focus on managing challenging projects and ensuring exceptional service to over 300K participants. This role involves overseeing and executing pension and 401(k) delivery to participants, managing delivery activities, and leading key projects for continuous improvement and automation. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing stakeholder relationships, producing leadership updates, and overseeing vendor management and contracting. Applicants must be seasoned operations leaders with a minimum of 5 years' experience in retirement administration, and a strong background in end-to-end processes, project management, and system testing. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong emphasis on controls and issue prevention, and exceptional prioritization and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people leadership, including coaching and team communication, and be proficient in data analysis and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with systems used in a retirement operations setting, such as PeopleSoft, is also a key requirement. The Vice President will be expected to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work, while meeting plan requirements, regulatory standards, and control measures.
