Job Overview :

As a Maintenance Technician / Porter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of our property while providing responsive service to our residents. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of the On-Site Manager to ensure our community maintains the highest standards of presentation and resident satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities :

Daily Porter & Grounds Duties :

• Perform comprehensive porter services throughout the property, including common areas, hallways, lobbies, and amenity spaces
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of refuse and recycling from designated areas
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the property on scheduled routes
• Maintain the cleanliness of walkways, parking areas, and building entrances
• Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the community grounds

Physical Requirements :

This position requires regular physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and using hand tools. The employee must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate the property efficiently using provided transportation.

Compensation : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
