Floor Manager – Fine Dining / High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant

San Leandro, CA

We are a busy, established full-service restaurant in San Leandro seeking an experienced Fine Dining / High-Volume Floor Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 75% floor management & guest interaction (running the door, touching tables, leading by example, ensuring flawless service execution)
• 25% administrative, staffing, scheduling, and operational oversight
• Maintain an uncompromising focus on hospitality, team morale, and the overall guest experience

Qualifications

Wine / sommelier knowledge is NOT required (we will train), but is considered a strong bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, salaried position with a regular schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a high-volume operation.
