Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage the planning and operational effectiveness of Nuclear Cardiovascular Services, ensuring high performance among team members.Lead team meetings that encourage collaboration, communication, and idea sharing to enhance group success.Maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring optimal performance through scheduling preventive and emergency maintenance without impacting patient care.Assess and communicate the implications of decisions within the organization, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.Utilize data effectively to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and make well-informed decisions.Manage resources efficiently to maintain productivity standards set by department leadership.Qualifications :
Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine training program with at least two years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a hospital setting.Required certifications : ARRT (R), ARRT (N), ARRT (T), or NMTCB, and Medical Radiologic Technologist certification from the Texas Department of Health.About Us : Our facility is equipped with advanced technology and recognized as a leader in various medical specialties.
