Job description

A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Agent responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries and maintaining professionalism

Document all interactions accurately in the system and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments as necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred

1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
