Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement iOS client code solutions that align with Product Strategy while adhering to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX / UI Designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver outstanding customer experiences that are both engaging and straightforward.
• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, ensuring that team commitments are met with excellence and punctuality.
• Champion the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries, etc.).
• Influence discussions and incorporate feedback from the broader team to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
• Mentor junior to mid-level team members, contributing to their professional growth.
• Engage with developers across various disciplines to share insights and solutions.
• Lead the delivery of critical components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and Architects.
• Share best practices and drive process improvements within and across teams.
• Identify technical challenges early and collaborate with the team to devise innovative solutions.
• Review pull requests to ensure alignment with Swift and industry standards.

The salary for this role ranges from $211,000 to $240,800 for Lead Software Engineers, depending on location. Candidates in other locations will receive a salary based on that area's pay range. Any performance-based incentives may also apply.
