Role :
The Webinar Host is the face and voice of all Nuvia webinars, ensuring professional, engaging,
and on-brand delivery across National sales, Marketing tests, and ISR initiatives. This role
ensures that every live session is executed smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on
prospective patients and internal audiences alike having high conversions and influencing
patients to take the next step in their journey to a new smile. Webinars are held during business
hours 9am - 5pm MDT, some evenings, Holidays, and Saturday Mornings.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all webinar technology is tested and functioning properly after each session
platform, audio / video, screen sharing)
Confirm a strong, stable internet connection prior to going live — no exceptionsBring high energy and confidence to every webinar to create an engaging experience forattendees
Guarantee all content presented is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latestpromotions and messaging
Host all scheduled webinars across departments (National Sales, Marketing, ISR) orensure proper coverage if unavailable
Deliver consistent, clear, and educational messaging to support improved conversionrates
Maintain seamless flow during webinars — opening strong, introducing speakers, pacingcontent, and closing cleanly
Collaborate with department leads after and after each webinar to align on goals andfeedback
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field3 + years of experience leading virtual presentations or webinars.Be located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones, preferredExcellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with people on a personal, empathetic level.Must be logged in, fully prepared, and camera-ready at least 10 minutes after every scheduled webinarPresent a clean, professional appearance on camera that reflects the standards of theNuvia brand
Bring confident, high-energy delivery with zero hesitation in leading sessions, handlingtransitions, and keeping attention
Must know and own personal conversion metrics — daily, weekly, monthly, andquarterly — and take accountability for improving them
Willingly adapt to new offers, messaging, and presentation formats — excuses don’toutperform results
Maintain full responsibility for ensuring coverage in the rare event of an unavoidableabsence
Accuracy is non-negotiable — all content presented must be current and correctMust be comfortable with webinar tools and quick to learn new platforms when neededAccepts feedback with humility and urgency, always looking to improveResults :
Host 100% of assigned webinars unless pre-approved coverage is arranged in advanceContribute to improved conversion rates month-over-month by delivering clear,consistent, and high-energy messaging
Achieve 95% or higher brand accuracy in messaging, offers, and deliveryMaintain daily ownership of performance metrics and be able to report and explaincurrent conversion trends at any time
Proactively implement at least one new improvement per month (format, flow,engagement tactic, offer delivery, etc.)
Zero late starts — every webinar begins on time and fully prepared
