Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Needed in California

Job Summary

We’re adding licensed therapists to our California telehealth program. In this position, you’ll provide therapy sessions virtually, giving clients access to care they might not otherwise receive. It’s a role that blends flexibility, stability, and the chance to create lasting change.

Position Details

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary : $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals and families

Develop treatment plans with achievable goals

Partner with other clinicians for comprehensive care

Maintain clear and timely documentation

Continue professional growth with ongoing learning opportunities

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field

Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)

At least two years of therapy experience

Comfortable working in a virtual care environment
