Schedule : Full-Time (5 days per week)

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and other pulmonary disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and medical screenings of patients with pulmonary conditions.
• Diagnose and treat common respiratory illnesses, including asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, such as inhalers, antibiotics, and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and their families on the importance of proper disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, such as spirometry, chest X-rays, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
