Radius Rule : No local candidates (must live 40+ miles from facility)

Contract Details :

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Start Date : December 8

Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours per Week

Shift Information :

Schedule : 12-Hour Nights | 19 : 00 – 07 : 30

Weekend / Holiday : Every Other Weekend; Holidays as Needed

On-Call / Call Back : None

Float Requirements :

May float to ED / ICU to assist with medical holds only

Requirements :

Licensure : Active Illinois RN License (no pending or temporary licenses)

Certifications : AHA BLS (required)

Experience : Minimum 2 years Med / Surg experience

Charting System : Epic (required)

Skills : Confident, independent RN with strong adaptability and teamwork

Unit Information :

Unit Type : Med / Surg / Ortho

Beds : 36

Patient Ratios :

Standard : 1 : 5 with CNA support

Primary Care : 1 : 4 when CNA unavailable or during staffing shortages

Environment : Fast-paced, team-oriented unit requiring resilience and strong clinical judgment

Additional Information :

Scrubs : Navy Blue

COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required (subject to change)

Orientation Week : GSA hours not guaranteed

Guaranteed Hours : Set weekly hours except during unit-closure holidays
