Radiologic Technologist or Limited License Tech

X-Ray Tech Medical Assistant

Tennessee Valley Bone & Joint , Orthopedic Team is looking for experienced Limited X-Ray or Certified Radiology Tech to join our team.  A Medical Assistant combined X-ray Technician performs both medical assisting and x-ray duties. They assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and performing basic laboratory tests. Additionally, they operate x-ray equipment, ensuring patient safety and producing diagnostic images.

REQUIREMENTS :

• State of Tennessee License for Radiologic Tech (RT) or Limited Medical Radiologic Technologists license.
• Ability to move or lift patients.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, take blood pressures and other vitals.
• Ability to achieve teamwork, communication, quality care, and friendliness.
• Work in Electronic Medical Records Systems (eCW knowledge is a plus).
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of patients through the clinic
• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
