Job descriptionMust have Corrugated Packaging experience Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety, accountability, and team development. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Experience managing budgets and maintenance planning. Ability to work in a 24 / 7 operational setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a modern, high-performance manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance.
- Establish and enforce safety goals and standards for the maintenance team.
- Implement best-in-class maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and audit maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
