Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.

Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you'll provide care for a diverse and complex patient population, including post-operative craniotomies, various spine surgeries, and stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program. You’ll have access to cutting-edge techniques through the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, adjusting care plans as needed.Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.Participate in initiatives to improve quality and patient outcomes.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.Licensure and Certification :
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education and Experience :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to provide patient-centered care and respond to unplanned situations.Proficient in electronic medical record systems and skilled in communication.Strong organization and time management skills.Physical Requirements :
