Digital Growth Leader
Special Strong is scaling nationwide expanding from 25 to 100+ locations. We need a leader who can build, manage, and scale our digital growth engine. This role owns full-funnel performance : paid media, funnels, tracking, analytics, and the systems that drive appointments and franchise growth.
Flexible structure : part-time, full-time, or project-based depending on the candidate.

Growth & Strategy
Own the full growth strategy across paid media, funnels, and user journeysLead cross-team execution with design, development, and operationsRun bi-monthly performance reviews with leadershipPaid Media & Funnel Optimization
Oversee Meta and Google ads : strategy, scaling, and optimizationBuild franchise-ready funnels that drive booked calls and quality leadsReduce acquisition costs through continuous testing and optimizationTracking & Integrations
Manage tracking for Meta CAPI, GA4, CRM, Calendly, Zapier, and franchise systemsDiagnose and resolve pixel, attribution, and data issuesEnsure accurate tracking of appointments, lead quality, and follow-upsAnalytics & Reporting
Monitor performance across ads, content, and user flowsDeliver weekly reports with clear insights and actionsIdentify trends, opportunities, and issues earlyFlexible work from home options available.
Compensation : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
