Job description
A leading tech company is seeking a Director of Human Resources Business Partner to guide over 1,000 global team members. The role requires 15+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within a global scope, to drive people strategies and foster an innovative culture. Responsibilities include managing HRBPs, developing effective people practices, and providing leadership in employee relations. This position offers a compensation between $227,000 and $292,000 / year, plus bonuses and equity.
