Office Services Associate

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Pay : $26-$27.50 / hour

Mail & Messenger Services

  • Perform daily mail runs to meet the business needs of the office.
  • Log incoming packages using tracking software.
  • Process outgoing USPS, FedEx, UPS, and international shipments.
  • Maintain outgoing shipping supplies and track pouch shipments.
  • Generate monthly usage reports by cost code.
  • Coordinate third-party messenger services as needed.

Print & Reprographics

  • Complete black-and-white and color copying, scanning, and printing jobs.
  • Provide finishing and binding services.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all print jobs prior to delivery.
  • Restock paper and perform daily equipment checks in copy areas.
  • Troubleshoot and place service calls as needed.
  • Support off-site production and advanced scanning needs (bookmarking, indexing, etc.).
  • Hospitality Support

  • Set up and clean up food and snack deliveries for meetings.
  • Restock pantries, beverage stations, and kitchen areas.
  • Load / unload dishwashers and maintain overall breakroom cleanliness.
  • Ensure conference rooms are clean and ready before and after meetings.
  • Reception Services (Backup)

  • Greet guests, answer and direct phone calls.
  • Issue visitor badges and vendor access passes, validate parking.
  • Maintain internal phone lists and beverage stations.
  • Relay emergency or building updates to appropriate contacts.
  • Facilities Support

  • Perform light office maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Assist with internal signage and setup of office furniture.
  • Track attic stock and maintain furniture inventory.
  • Support employee workspace moves and internal office setups.
  • Partner with building management on facility issues and needs.
  • Supply Management

  • Maintain and restock general office supplies.
  • Monitor inventory across all hub locations.
  • Process special orders using preferred vendors.
  • Ensure supply rooms remain organized and adequately stocked.
