You'll be a great fit if you have :

A current, active LPN license in the state of Missouri

A heart for resident-centered care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care

Supporting residents with daily living activities

Promoting social engagement and a positive living environment

Taking and recording vitals (BP, temperature, heart rate, etc.)

Updating medical records and reporting changes to RN or physician

Assisting in planning and implementing individualized care plans
