Sales Representative

We’re partnering with a U.S.-based, family-owned manufacturer and installer of premium residential solutions that has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and service. They’re looking for a Sales Representative to manage the South Florida territory, focusing primarily on building and maintaining relationships with home builders. This company offers a tight-knit, family-oriented culture where your contributions make an impact and ensure their reps have the resources and support needed to be successful.

The territory of this position is everything south of Fort Myers to Port St. Lucie.

Responsibilities :

• Build a strong network of luxury and custom home builders across Central Florida.
• Maintain a disciplined, real-time pipeline view; tracking opportunities, portfolio timelines, key stakeholders, revenue potential, and upcoming decision points.
• Act as the internal voice of the builder, ensuring that Design, Product, Operations, Accounting, Installation Development, and Project Management have clarity on requirements and expectations.
