T3 Staff Nurse [Nursing Resource Office-Internal Agency]

SUMMARY : Responsible for the delivery of professional nursing services which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs of each individual patient / family. Accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Provides care within an assigned unit, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Serves as a nursing resource to the facility with the ability to provide care in a variety of inpatient areas / units.

As a member of our clinical care team, you will have the opportunity to work with your Nurse Manager to identify career development opportunities including (but not limited to), championing quality initiatives, participating in committees, and training to charge and / or precept.

Required Education / Training : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Required Experience : two (2) years' recent nursing experience within an inpatient acute care setting

Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS; ACLS

Preferred Education / Training : BSN

Preferred Experience : Telemetry experience; CC / ED, Float, ICU, or other high-acuity experience

Preferred Licensure / Certification / Registration : Medical / Surgical (RN,C); Gerontology (RN,BC); Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN); Medical Surgical (CMSRN); Critical Care (CCRN)
