Responsibilities

• Support / maintain multiple multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business
• Provision / execute network change requests in accordance with security policies
• Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures
• Understand and follow operational policies / procedures and promote adherence to same
• Provide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure
• Document new and existing workflows to ensure accuracy of work and maintain existing standards
• Collaborate and work closely with Cybersecurity, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams
• Identify problems and inefficiencies within our network and organizational workflows and assist with any recommended remediation / changes to correct
