Job Summary :
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing technical and commercial aspects of medium-sized projects with a focus on electrical mechanical structural and / or water projects. This role requires collaboration with vendors and stakeholders developing project plans and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Location : White Plains New York United States
Responsibilities :
- Develop project plans timelines and work schedules.
- Coordinate among customers contractors and permitting agencies.
- Perform engineering calculations and complete specifications.
- Create scopes of work reports and interdisciplinary design packages.
- Manage technical and commercial aspects of projects.
- Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Competency in project management of electrical mechanical structural and / or water projects.Experience with applicable codes standards regulations project budgets costs and project management software.Ability to perform engineering calculations.Bachelors Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Marine Engineering or Energy Engineering or related field.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
1-5 years of experience in Project / Construction Management preferably in the utility commercial / institutional or related mechanical / electrical maintenance operations or constructions.Special Considerations :
