Job Description :

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telephony Support Coordinator to manage telephony-related tasks and serve as the primary liaison with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of telephony issues.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding of telephony systems, and experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
