Inside Sales Admin Support –Customer Service- please read all details

Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial area

• ?? Onsite | Monday–Friday 8am-5pm| Manufacturing / Distribution Environment

We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support professional for a well-established distribution company. This is a full-time, onsite (not remote or hybrid) position supporting daily sales operations, customer service, and order processing.

Responsibilities :

Process and verify customer orders and quotes

Communicate with customers regarding order status and product information

Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate records and use web-based systems / portals for tracking

Provide general administrative and sales support

Qualifications :

2+ years Inside Sales Support or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or distribution company

Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based portals

Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills

Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Requirements :

Must pass background check and drug test

Must work onsite Monday–Friday (no remote or hybrid)

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Must have a valid driver's license and able to self commute to and from work
