Using your strong communication & problem-solving skills - along with your broad range of financial knowledge - youll provide recommendations & assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing & investing needs. Youll get to know customers personal financial goals & recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them - like planning for the future, buying a home or opening a new credit card. Youll introduce customers to digital & mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like on our app or through our ATMs. Youll collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage & Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs. Youll make outbound calls to acquire new customers & schedule financial checkup appointments, as you understand what might be a good fit for a customer now, may not be 6 months from now. All financial policies & procedures will be followed, including proper cash handling, state & local laws & regulations.

Required Qualifications High School degree or GED required 2 years of sales & customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals Ability to effectively ask questions & identify needs to improve the customer relationship Proven success with building relationships, & recommending & referring products & services through in-person & phone interactions Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals Aptitude to problem solve & provide solutions to customer issues Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners & specialists through collaboration Self-motivated, confident & ability to multitask effectively Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends & evenings Meet & comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks & obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
