EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY :

Performs the function of a Patient Care Assistant in carrying out all

assignments by the assigned Registered Nurse. Is accountable for all patient

care he / she is assigned to during a given shift. Is responsible for adhering

to all Standards of Nursing Care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers.

Is responsible for the care of patients from birth through the dying process.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Good physical and mental health. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Willingness to work under close supervision. Ability to follow written or

verbal instruction.

Salary Range : $20.05 - $20.05
