We provide civil / site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing / building envelope, A / V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge / roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer | Project Manager who will play both key technical and managerial roles in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil development and mine reclamation projects for our clients.

You’ll leverage your expertise in site design / construction and mine reclamation utilizing creative problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with institutions / municipal agencies. From initial concept development to final plan submittal, this role will be involved with projects through every stage of the design process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• You will act as the Lead and / or manage project aspects including study development and site / field visits.
• You will be overseeing your own projects and assisting co-workers with projects and tasks in our cross-functional team dynamic and company culture.
• This role will be based out of our Morgantown or Charleston office with frequent travel across the state of West Virginia for projects .

Overnight stays are rare and a company truck will be provided.

Responsibilities :

Work with the Teams and end clients to develop data, complete technical analysis, and prepare permitting and construction drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.

Oversees mine reclamation plan development, modification, and agency approval.

PE credentialing is a plus
