Job description4-year degree preferred with at least 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental and / or intellectual disabilities preferred. Experience working with Waivered Services and / or PCA is a plus. Maintain excellent communication with families, counties, and state agencies. Advanced communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to handle numerous tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail. Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member. Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook.

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, while also being a resource and providing an overview of service delivery.
