Job description

Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance to our employees, executives, and teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting various IT issues, providing executive and event technology support, managing local infrastructure, and configuring assets. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem-solvers who streamline the adoption of technology and ensure smooth user experiences in an agile and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide personalized onsite IT support for employees, executives, and VIPs, covering hardware, software, access, conferencing, and networking needs.
  • Manage IT asset inventory on-site, including configuration, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and secure disposal.
  • Support local events, all-hands meetings, and high-profile gatherings, ensuring flawless technology collaboration experiences.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, SRE, Security, Network, and Engineering teams to resolve cross-functional challenges and drive innovation in employee technology.
  • Oversee new hire IT onboarding, conduct training sessions, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, IT policies, and knowledge base content.
  • Contribute to IT projects and process improvements that enhance support efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Identify technology gaps and propose innovative solutions to boost productivity and security.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years of IT Support, End-User Services, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, VPNs, endpoint security, identity & access management, and mobile device management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting executives and VIPs with discretion, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in IT asset lifecycle management (configuration, deployment, tracking, compliance).
  • Experience with AV systems, conferencing platforms (Zoom), and event technology support.
  • Certifications or proven expertise in ITIL, Six Sigma, project management, Okta, Workspace ONE, AWS / Google Cloud, or Zoom are a plus.
  • Salary Information : Minimum : $98,900.00

    Maximum : $228,700.00

    Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonuses, and equity value. Note : Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience, with potential variations by location.
