Retail Supply Chain Coordinator, Massachusetts Sports Complex (Hiring Immediately)

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Retail Warehouse Manager to join our team at the TD Graden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the warehouse and set-up of all retail sales locations.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with accurate inventory management and smooth operational flow as key priorities. This includes supervising, organizing, and training warehouse staff while setting, monitoring, and managing clear performance goals. The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining effective warehouse systems by evaluating product handling and storage needs, optimizing equipment utilization, and improving inventory, processes, and logistics throughout the arena. A critical focus is placed on leading the team to effectively resolve daily operational challenges while driving both short- and long-term performance. In addition, the position oversees daily operations, ensures tight inventory and logistics control, and consistently reviews workflows, staffing, space utilization, and action plans to meet company standards for productivity and quality. Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment is essential, and this includes enforcing company policies and procedures as well as adhering to all relevant legal regulations.

Pay

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $65,300 - $88,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
