The Role : We are seeking a flexible, remote Insurance Broker who can set their own schedule. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping families find the right life insurance coverage without the pressure of cold calling. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, you can choose when and where to work. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with families to determine the best life insurance options, submitting applications to appropriate carriers, and assisting with the underwriting process. Leads are generated for agents through direct mail, call-ins, and digital platforms, eliminating the need for cold calling. We expect our agents to remain focused, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain attention to detail.

Compensation : This is a 1099 position that offers commission-based earnings. Commission rates start at 80% of Annual Premium Value (APV) and can reach up to 130% APV, along with bonuses and opportunities for equity ownership. Once you achieve a promotion in your commission rate, it will remain yours with no additional work required to maintain it. The compensation structure includes :

  • 75% paid upfront when the policy is issued
  • 25% paid in months 10, 11, and 12
  • Overrides on your agency’s policies

Typical earnings include :

  • New, part-time agents can expect to earn $3,000–$5,000 monthly (15-20 hours of work, approximately six policies), totaling around $70,000 annually.
  • Full-time agents usually earn $15,000–$17,000 per month (15-20 placed policies), translating to $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus passive income from agency policies and bonuses for achieving milestones.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Ability to obtain a life & health insurance license (we assist with this process)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
  • Self-starter comfortable with remote, independent work
  • No prior insurance experience required; we provide training
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • A genuine desire to help others and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for making a difference

    • Pay Range : $75,000 / year - $175,000 / year (Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location)
