The Opportunity - Contract Hardware Product Manager Euna Kiosks

This is a contract position (6-12 months) responsible for guiding the hardware roadmap vendor relationships and operational excellence of the Euna Kiosks line.

The Euna Payments platform provides a unified secure and omnichannel payments experienceincluding self-service kiosks that help communities modernize in-person payments. As we continue to expand our kiosk footprint we are seeking a contract Hardware Product Manager to help lead strategy integration and execution for the next generation of Euna Kiosks .

The Contract Hardware Product Manager will partner with Eunas software product payments and operations teams to define and manage hardware capabilities oversee vendor deliverables and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of kiosk solutions in the field.

The ideal candidate combines experience in hardware lifecycle management and SaaS product integration with a passion for delivering secure citizen-friendly payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Roadmap Ownership

• Define and maintain the hardware roadmap for Euna Kiosks aligning with Payments platform strategy and customer needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle from concept and prototype to field deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal software product teams to ensure hardware / software integration supports payment workflows and reporting.
• Identify and prioritize enhancements for reliability manufacturability and cost efficiency.
