Manager, Graphic Design

FIGS is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to ensure the highest quality of visual content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.What you'll do : Oversee the creation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with FIGS' brand identity and marketing goals.Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative concepts.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project

graphic designers, providing guidance and support.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the design process.Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all

a collaborative and innovative team environment.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence.Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).Experience with digital and social media design.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to inspire and lead a team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Other must haves : Positive attitudeProven work ethic and integrityEntrepreneurial mindsetDesire to excel and grow with FIGS100% Awesome. This role's base salary range is between $90,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
