Roles and Responsibilities :

Must-Have :

• Hands-on in defining and managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standup, sprint retrospective.
• Good understanding of consumer banking payment and transfer products, payment processing, money movement, fintech solutions and digital banking platforms.
• Soft skills : Communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, problem solving, leadership.

Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000
