Jamaica Hospital's Department of Women's Health Services provides a comprehensive array of OB / GYN services. The center offers an innovative group-modeled Centering Care Program to meet women's prenatal care needs. We have designed our modern Labor, Delivery, and Recovery suites to provide a warm and supportive atmosphere to deliver your baby when the time comes

We have fully accredited Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Fellowship Programs and provide care in most medical and surgical subspecialty areas including interventional cardiology, dialysis and sleep medicine.

With over 120, 000 ER visits, The ER is designated as a Level 1 trauma center. Our Chest Pain Center offers immediate evaluation and the recently expanded Pediatric ED is equipped to handle the most critical cases and supported by one of the largest voluntary ambulance fleets serving the City 911 system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex cases, including maternal-fetal medicine and critical care.
• Perform medical imaging and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Stay updated on advancements in treatments, including botulinum toxin and endocrine therapies.
• Participate in continuous education and training to maintain board certification and enhance clinical skills.
