ION Support Analyst

Apex has an opportunity for an ION savvy Support Analyst to join our fast-paced Banking Industry client partner on an exciting initiative!

Role : ION Support Analyst

Location : Manhattan, NY

Term : 3+ Months

We are looking for an IT Trade Floor Support technician, with ION expertise, to provide a day-to-day support for the ION trading system and associate infrastructure and to troubleshoot issues related to trade flow, pricing, market date and integration.

Technical Skills :

• Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, repo, FX...
• Knowledge of ION architecture, components and integration patterns.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, risk and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging production issues
• Previous experience working on the L1 and L2 support in ION
