Business Analyst (Qualtrics) (USC & GC) W2 only (Torrance)

Position : Business Analyst (Qualtrics)

Location : Torrance CA (Onsite)

Duration : Long term Contract

Visa : Green Card & USC (W2 only)

Note : Candidate must be local and will have to be in office.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing surveys ( CX, EX, NPS, VOC )
• Designing survey logic, flows, and branching
• Building dashboards & reports
• Analyzing customer experience / user feedback data
• Creating insights for stakeholders
• Running A / B tests or customer sentiment analysis

Must have : Integrating Qualtrics data with Excel, BI tools, CRM, etc.
