THE DETAILS :

• Excellent compensation - DOE
• Signing bonus
• CME : $2,500 annually with one week paid time
• Relocation up to $5,000

• 40 hours of PTO in year (1)and 88 hours year (2), 10 paid holidays

• Shift Options : M W, Th & F 8am-5pm, 11am-7pm Tuesday
• Flexible 4- (10) hr day schedule
• No call, no weekends
• 18-27 patients per day; patient mix is 70-75% adult, 25-30% children
• General dentistry required, additional procedures done with the comfort of the practitioner or they will be referred out
