Staffing Model :

6 MD / DOs 7am-7pm (1 admitting & 5 rounding)

3 NP / PAs 7am-7pm (rounding)

1 NP / PA 5pm-5am (cross coverage)

1 MD / DO 7pm-7am (admitting)

Paid malpractice with unlimited tail coverage

EMR : Meditech

Qualifications :

NPs and PAs must have at least 1 year of experience in hospital medicine, cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, critical care, or gastroenterology.
