What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas within the hotel to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and inquiries, offering support as needed.

Collaborate with hotel management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and uphold site-specific standards.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
