We are seeking a skilled and organized Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels. You will play a key role in content development, coordination of campaigns, and communication planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies and plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce clear, consistent messaging
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal memos, press releases, and client updates
- Organize and maintain content calendars and communication schedules
- Support event planning and coordination of outreach efforts
- Ensure brand tone and guidelines are applied across all communication materials
- Monitor communication effectiveness and prepare regular reports
