Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider  to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Hospital North campus. We are seeking a highly motivated , teamwork-oriented  Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably with experience.

1.0 FTE / Day Shift / M-F schedule Some weekends / holidays are required
