A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operational Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and drive major company-wide initiatives
Assess operational maturity, streamline workflows, and optimize core business processes
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and develop change management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, with at least 7 years in senior executive roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in high-growth technology companies
Deep expertise in operational frameworks, process design, and program management methodologies
Experience partnering with C-suite executives and board members
