Job Title :

Admissions Nurse – Hospice / Palliative / Oncology Focus

Compensation :

$85,000 - $100,000 per year

Benefits :

Full Benefits Package (Full-Time only)

Location :

Greater Twin Cities Metro – 21-county area

Schedule :

Full-Time or Part-Time | Includes 1 on-call shift per week (backup) and every 4th–7th weekend

Responsibilities :

Join as an Admissions Nurse and become a guide to families during one of life's most difficult transitions. You'll meet patients in their homes or senior communities, assess their needs, and begin services with clarity and care.

• Completing admissions in homes or facilities across the metro
• Answering tough questions with empathy and expertise
• Collaborating closely with our care coordination and clinical teams
• Documenting accurately and promptly
