Healthcare Practice Leader – Charlotte, NC
I'm partnered with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking a Healthcare Practice Leader to spearhead strategic growth, project delivery, and market presence within their Charlotte office.
This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare architect or planner who combines business development acumen, strong leadership, and deep ties to the Charlotte region. You’ll step into a high-visibility position with firmwide support, an established healthcare team, and a newly designed office space—offering the platform to truly make your mark.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Charlotte healthcare studio
- Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers
- Cultivate relationships with key healthcare clients and systems across the Carolinas
- Collaborate with leadership across offices to deliver high-impact healthcare environments
- Represent the firm in the Charlotte healthcare market and broader AEC community
